In the same building where we already manage a few apartments, by Piazza Barberini and the subway station by the same name, lies the latest addition to our collection of holiday rentals: introducing Toscana 5!
Just a few minutes from the U.S. Embassy (as well as other embassies of major countries such as Japan), the legendary Via Veneto, and attractions such as the Spanish Steps or the Borghese Gallery, this special building is located in a lovely area of the city center that is becoming increasingly popular with travelers.
This is because although it is central, it still retains its authentic character, dotted as it is with family-run businesses and shops. It is also quieter than many of the more touristy areas. At the same time, it offers easy access to many first-class amenities, including Michelin-starred and highly rated restaurants, spas, pools and luxury shops. When the opportunity arose to add another apartment in this neighborhood to our portfolio, it was a no-brainer!
Recently renovated with a tasteful redesign that incorporates high quality materials but stays away from the stereotypes of “postcard Italy”, Toscana 5 is a modern space with nods to minimalist and mid-century modern styles. With three bedrooms and a total of four beds (one room has a double sofa bed, an ideal solution for parents traveling with younger children), it can accommodate a total of eight people.
Despite the age of the building, Toscana 5 (which is on the third floor) can be reached by elevator, has a completely independent heating/air conditioning system and has a washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. One bathroom has a large shower, while the other has a bathtub: everyone’s happy!
And everyone will be even happier when they learn about the unique feature of this entire building: access to a roof terrace that can be shared by all residents, whether permanent or temporary!
Thanks to an agreement between all the homeowners here, you too will be able to make your way to the roof to enjoy the sun and the view over this part of Rome.
You can bring your breakfast, food, or drinks here and enjoy them al fresco following opening times that you will be able to find in the building and the apartment. All you have to do is dress appropriately, refrain from making excessive noise and respect the quiet hours and the occupants of the building.
But wait, there’s more! The roof terrace on Via Toscana can also be booked for private meetings or events in the evenings. We can put you in touch with the owners and let you know the price and availability. If you’re interested, we suggest you act fast because the space is in high demand these days!
