Toscana 2 - rental apartment by From Home to Rome

If you’re familiar with our portfolio of apartments in Rome, the name “Toscana” should ring a bell: we already manage a number of apartments (like this one) in the same building on the same street, north of Barberini (as in the metro station of the same name!) and south of the Borghese Gallery.

A location like no other

Just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the glorious Via Veneto (of Fellini fame!), Toscana 2bis is the perfect base to visit the center of Rome and at the same time explore areas such as Ludovisi, Pinciano or Sallustiano, which are still very authentic and not so influenced by mass tourism. Attractions such as the Spanish Steps, the National Gallery of Ancient Art in Palazzo Barberini and the aforementioned Borghese Gallery are all within walking distance of the accommodation.

A cozy space for you (and your loved ones)

The smallest of the four apartments currently managed by From Home to Rome in the building, Toscana 2bis is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, although it sleeps up to 4 people: two in the single bedroom and two in the comfortable Murphy bed in the living room, which doubles – scratch that, make that “triples”! – as a kitchenette and dining room.

Toscana 2bis is on the first floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated, and is completely electric: from the stove to the air conditioning/heating system, you’ll be green and, most importantly, independent!

By now you should know that the Via Toscana apartments constitute an ideal solution if you’re traveling with a large group and want to stay close together while maintaining everyone’s privacy. You could book an apartment for each group of travelers! Take a look at our reservation page: check the availability of any or all of the apartments in the building (remember to type in “Toscana” to see all four apartments!) to see whether they could fit you and your family or friends!

A secret among the rooftops of Rome

Again, if you’re familiar with our website, you should also remember Via Toscana’s “secret weapon”: a shared roof terrace that’s free for all residents to use (yes, even… temporary ones!). You can just hang out here, enjoy your meals with a fantastic view – or even book it for a private event! Read the full description of Toscana 2, which comes complete with a photo gallery, to find out how!
