You’ll be staying, indeed, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps (2 minutes away), Trevi Fountain (3 minutes away) and the aforementioned Pincio Hill, with its access to the Villa Borghese park (1 minute away). The spectacular Monster House at Palazzo Zuccari is also mere meters from your entrance: you’ll be in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, a short walk from the historic Sistina theatre. The apartment (situated on the second floor of a building originally built in the Seventeenth century but renovated to include an elevator) is suitable for all kinds of needs: a true five-star level stay.

Once through the entrance door, the harmony of the spaces is surprising: high coffered ceilings, a cosy lounge where a piano joins elegant sofas, walls embellished with elegant furnishings and a perfect separation of all living spaces. The dining room can accommodate up to eight people and is separated thanks to a series of columns: a charming solution.

The apartment, fully equipped with air conditioning, has a total of three rooms, two doubles and one single, each with their en suite bathroom: the first bedroom, with a canopy bed and a small balcony; a second double bedroom, whose bathroom features both a large shower and a bathtub (with finishing touches made with Travertino marble); and a third room, with a single bed and a modern bathroom with a large shower. Every guest’s privacy is at the core of this staying experience. At the same time, however, a spacious living room (with satellite TV) is the ideal space for sharing the wealth of experiences you’ll have lived during the day and for spending time together, just reading or relaxing.

The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, an espresso coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, toaster and a large Northern American-style fridge – a living space to be enjoyed at any time of day.

Each space of this residence is synonymous with taste, stylishly and elegantly furnished: the rooms are embellished with inserts of Peperino marble, placed in the inlays of the doors and beautifully decorated ceilings. A Wi-fi connection will be available to all guests.
