New at From Home to Rome: Fontanella Borghese 66

If staying in the city center of Rome while having an authentic experience and, at the same time, being granted a peaceful stay seems impossible… Be ready to be surprised!

Our latest addition to our portfolio is a cosy, classic one-bedroom flat, a quiet oasis in a beautiful 17th century residential building minutes from Via Condotti, Via del Corso, the Spanish Steps or the Ara Pacis.

Modern style with a classic feel

Fontanella Borghese 66, aptly named after the street it overlooks, is a small but functional and perfectly equipped apartment that is ready to accommodate a young family, two couples who are used to share their living quarters or a professional… But we’ll get there in a quick minute!

Every area in this flat has been designed to make the most of the space available while emphasizing the history of the building: for example, the original ceilings and floors have been left untouched, but Fontanella Borghese has been fitted with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection and a new bathroom and kitchenette.

Calling all digital nomads!

The living room doubles as a second bedroom, while the master bedroom can turn into your office while in Rome: professionals traveling to Europe, digital nomads and other workers on the move may want to consider this flat for their stays in Italy.

A well-kept secret among Romans

The location couldn’t be more convenient: close to the Lungotevere boulevards, this part of the Tridente area is around the corner from the subway stop at Spagna, the upcoming Apple center on Via del Corso/Piazza San Silvestro, Palazzo Chigi (the prime minister’s official residence) and many other points of interest.

And while in the city center, you won’t believe the absolute peace and quiet of these back alleys: there’s even a lovely, if small, street market nearby, where you can shop for fresh produce every day! It’s almost as if time has stood still in this part of Rome: come see for yourself!
