This year, the Beach Volleyball season will end with a bang in Rome’s Foro Italico.

For the first time in 6 years, 32 teams will be back in the city and will compete to amass as many ranking points as possible on their road to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

This spectacular tournament is called “Beach Volley Finals” and comes complete with a 600.000 EUR final prize for the best team!

Weather permitting, it will be a chance to enjoy the last of the summer heat in a spectacular setting, admiring some of the world’s leading athletes in the field.

Sand grounds will be set up for the occasion in the historic sports courts dating back to the 1930s right outside Rome’s Olympic Stadium, north of the center of the city.

Ticket holders will be able to access from Viale dei Gladiatori, 31.

Street food enthusiasts may also be intrigued by the event, because a simultaneous food truck gathering will take place right outside the venue, with some of central Italy’s and Rome’s best known street food chefs.

Rome’s Beach Volley Finals will take place between September 4 and September 8, with tickets that can be bought at this address.
