Property Description

On the fourth and last floor of a historic building (dating back to the seventeenth century) located in the ancient center of Rome, close to the Parliament, the “Campo Marzio Bellavista” penthouse is an elegant and stylish option for travelers wishing to sojourn in the Eternal City. Just 100 meters from the Pantheon and in one of the city’s most famous luxury shopping areas, “Campo Marzio Bellavista” is a beautiful newly renovated apartment consisting of two bedrooms (both with large walk-in closets), two full bathrooms plus a small service bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. You can't go wrong with this apartment - awesome location, terrific terrace for breakfasts and dinners away from the crowds, plenty of space and a terrific host! Hope to return soon.

Gorgeous, clean apartment in an AMAZING location! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment on Via di Campo Marzio. It's even more lovely than the photos suggest and the location was perfect. We walked EVERYWHERE ... to the Pantheon (3 mins), to Piazza Navona (3 mins), to Campo di Fiori (5 mins), to Trastevere (10-15 mins), to the Vatican (15-20 mins), and even to the Colosseum (20mins or so). Not having to deal with the metro or buses was a huge bonus. When we went to Galleria Borghese, we walked to the taxi stop next to the Pantheon and took a taxi from there (just 10 euros) to save time. The apartment had so much space (2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus living room plus wrap-around terrace) and every amenity one could want (washing machine, drying rack, electric tea kettle, espresso machine, toaster, towels and linens, etc), just as described. For restaurant options, we enjoyed so many places within a few minutes of the apartment: Pizzarius for a quick bite, Baguetteria Del Fico for a delicious meat/cheese plate and sandwiches, and La Tavernetta 48 for a great pasta meal, just to name a few. The gelato place just around the corner was amazing, as was Frigidarium and Il San Crispino (near the Pantheon). Emanuele was very helpful with questions before we arrived and with arranging a car to the airport on our last day. Thanks so much to Emanuele and his team!!!

Brilliant property in an amazing location

This two bed, three bath property was ideal for our family (including two teenagers.) The location is perfect - walking distance to many attractions (Parthenon, Spanish Steps) and restaurants but still tucked away in a great neighborhood. We loved the terrace and the extra half bath, and the lift was useful to get luggage up and down. Strong WiFi, comfortable beds, sufficient hot water and everything else you need. The management team was excellent in arranging airport transfers, check in, and suggesting two great tour guides for the Vatican and Colosseum. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or recommend it to friends.

Terrific apartment in the heart of Rome

My wife, 2 kids, and I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights in early April. Emanuele was very helpful via email in the weeks beforehand to answer our questions and to arrange for car services to and from the apartment. The apartment is wonderfully located, near the Pantheon, yet a few floors above the street and wonderfully quiet. It was large, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect home-away-from-home

My sister, mum and I stayed in the apartment in early April for 6 nights and it met our needs perfectly; we felt immediately 'at home'. We were met by Sarah on arrival who explained the ins and outs of the apartment. It is centrally located, within easy walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and there are so many choices of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we North Americans need (e.g. toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine). The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens, pillows and there were lots of towels. Coming from the last bits of winter in Canada, the terrace was the best part of the apartment for us. We were lucky to have beautiful spring weather and sat outside for our morning coffee and late afternoon refreshments. The elevator, while tiny, was perfect for our 87 year old mum. We had one small technical problem during our stay and Emanuele responded quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this apartment and the team "From Home to Rome".
