Recomendable!

This was our first Air BnB stay and it will not be our last. Prior to arriving Emanuele made contact & arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport - this made our arrival very easy. Martha welcomed us and gave us hints & tips as it was our first time in Rome. The appartment is in a wonderful location very central within walking distance of all the major sights. Literally a few mins from the Trevi Fountain. Clean, spacious and good wifi - great for 2 couples - 2 bathrooms everything you need in the apartment and nearby. Emanuele was also very flexible when we were leaving - he had arranged a taxi to pick us up & we changed the location at the last minute- he ammended the location no problem. We would definitely recommend this apartment - it was very very good thank you

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place! We had a great communication via the Airbnb app and Alessandro was quick to reply and brought us a new iron as soon as we informed him about the current one not working. The interior is super clean but still homey. Alessandro really cares for his guests and left us with a beautiful folder in which we could find everything from restaurants, museums and lgbt-friendly tips! We felt super welcome, thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic location. Walking distance from most major tourist spots while still keeping the old world feel of Trastevere. Tons of great bars and restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Check in was a breeze. Our contact Marta couldn’t have been friendlier or more hospitable. The private balcony was great to unwind on after a long day of walking around the city. We would absolutely stay here again

We would give this place 100 stars if it was possible! Perfect location very close to Trevi fountain and Pantheon. We walked everywhere including the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment was in a very cool building on a small street, about a 2 minute walk from Piazza Barberini. Check in and check out were seamless and the gentleman that met us at the front door was very helpful. He gave us all sorts of tips for places to see in Rome and getting around the city. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We found a small gift bag in the kitchen with snacks and coffee pods. The space was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the WiFi was very good. We would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Thanks again Alessandro for everything, we’re looking forward to our next visit with you!

The apartment is in a great location. Loved being super close to the colosseum and a metro was right near by. I would stay there again!

Super Location and amazing terrace! We had a great stay at the Clock Tower Apartment. The private terrace was just wonderful and we used it every evening. The apartment is in a super location and central to so many historic sites that make walking easy, even for Rome. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as shops and grocery stores. For the price point of this 2 bedroom apartment I give it 5 stars. It is not perfect, but perfectly charming. It feels like you are staying in a friend's place which is nice! I recommend it if you are on a budget but don't want to sacrifice location and charm. And did I mention the terrace?

Great Stay in the Heart of Rome This is a great apartment in the 'heart" of Rome. A very spacious home with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very comfortable and well appointed with everything that one would need (kitchen was a little small but we did not need or use as there are way too many nearby restaurants to enjoy). Although on the third floor, there is an elevator that makes it easily accessible. The location is superb and was easily summed up by our local, tour guide friend whose very first remark was "how did you find this apartment?" - commenting that we were in a superb location which included many local Romans as opposed to being another "overly filled" tourist location as is the case at other popular locations. The apartment is a easy walk to the Piazza Navona (where we spent a lot of time while not "touring") and, although a little further, many other sites (Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Jewish Ghetto, etc) and shopping. Also cannot fail to mention the great restaurants in the area (including several within 50 feet of the front door like Il Fico (very friendly) where we thoroughly enjoyed our daily glass of wine (or 2) at the end of each day. Also near other near-daily necessities (grocery stores (for water, snacks, etc.) and cash machines). Finally we would be remiss if we did not mention the hosts Emanuele and Sara. They were outstanding to deal with and very responsive. They made the trip very easy/seamless - from booking to check out (e.g., arranging for car to airport). Our family (4 including 2 young teenagers) had an awesome time and would definitely return.

Good Location Great location and property. We didn't realize one of the bedrooms had twin beds but it worked out. The staff waited for us to arrive even with our train being late. I would recommend this property.

We lived on, and loved, the terraces. We were captivated by the view from the terraces and whole apartment. The kitchen was small but more than adequate - who wants to cook with so many wonderful restaurants close by. It was very quiet, no street noise, but we delighted in hearing the church bells, at various and unpredictable times. Such a gem of an old Rome apartment.

That was a great pleasure for me to stay at Francesco's apartments. Good location, easy 20-30min walk from Tuscolana train station, bus stops are just 2 steps from the front door, the bus 81 (takes you to Colesseo, Piazza Vinezia and Vaticano) , the bus 51 (goes every 2-5 min till late night) is very convenient if you want to reach all the most popular attractions of the city (Colesseo, Piazza Vinezia, vie del Corso). New metro line C (Lodi station) soon is gonna be connected with lines A and B, until that time you have to walk 10-12 min to the closest San Giovanni or Re Di Roma. The apartment itself is just like it is said on description and even better. It is a 100 years old building with high ceilings and old-fashioned elevator, and private inner yard and a concierge. We had all the facilities provided and all our needs covered. Feel local and enjoy your coffee and be ready to explore more of Rome. Food market, COOP store, pizza’s and pastry shops, and restaurants – you’ll get all the recommendations from lovely Chiara. As Chiara was our host - she was more than helpful during our stay in Rome. We had baggage delay, and she helped organizing a delivery from the airport service. Very welcoming and positive host, there is no doubt you gonna be treated as a friend and a dearest guest. I’d certainly recommend this place to stay! Ciao!
