Mary Terry House is a two bedroom apartment most conveniently situated in Prati, or the prestigious and desirable area in-between St Peter’s and the historic center of Rome. Many bus and tram lines stop nearby, and a metro station is only a short distance away. There are many different sorts of shops, bars and restaurants in the area, along with hundreds of law firms because it is also where the courts are.
The apartment is on top of a fine building served by an elevator, but you need to step upstairs from the forth floor. It has windows in every room, particularly in the living room from where you can look at St Peter’s dome. There is a large sofa-bed in the living room, a side table and a folding table that you may like to unfold at mealtime. The kitchen is basic, but it is pretty equipped for a holiday rental.
All the walls are bright and Venetian flooring is in every room except for the tiled bathroom. There is one bathroom with a tub (or shower) where you can use a washing machine. The bedrooms are both double and include air conditioning and heating, wardrobes and shelves.
Prati House is ideal for two couples of friends who want to stay on the Vatican side of Rome yet close to the historic quarters of the Eternal City.

Cancellation penalties are as follows:
a) Cancellation up to 70 days before arrival → the deposit paid in advance will be refunded 100%; any cost of the corresponding operation will be retained.
b) Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival → the deposit paid in advance will be refunded 50%; any cost of the corresponding operation will be retained.
c) Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → the deposit paid in advance will be 100% retained.
d) Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival → the deposit paid in advance will be 100% retained. Moreover, you will be required to pay a 50% of the entire rental.
e) Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival → the deposit paid in advance will be 100% retained. Moreover, you will be required to pay the 100% of the entire rental.
Check in: between 2 pm and 10 pm
- Earlier check in can be arranged between the rental agency and the Guest according to the availability of the apartment
- Late check in between 10pm and 11:30pm subject to a 30 euro surcharge.
- Late check in after 11:30pm subject to a 50 euro surcharge.
